A real audit first
Pages, traffic, speed, mobile behaviour and search visibility. We decide together what is worth keeping before any design starts.
Service
A rebuild that keeps what works, fixes what does not, and does not throw away the pages Google has already indexed.
Most redesign conversations start the same way: “the site looks old” or “it is slow on my phone”. Those are symptoms. The actual problem is usually that the site was built for a version of the business that no longer exists — different menu, different services, different prices, different customers.
So we start with an audit rather than a mood board. What pages exist, which ones get traffic, which ones convert, where people leave, and what the site is doing technically. We look at your Google Search Console data if you have it. We look at what competitors in Lucknow show above you and why.
Then we decide what to keep. Good photography stays. Wording that customers respond to stays. Pages that already rank stay, often with the same URL. Everything else is rebuilt around a clearer structure and a faster stack.
The technical side matters most during a redesign, because a redesign is the easiest way to lose traffic. Every existing URL gets mapped to a new one. Anything removed gets a 301 redirect. The sitemap is resubmitted, and we watch Search Console for a few weeks after launch to catch anything unexpected.
Visually, the new site is calmer and faster: one clear heading per page, fewer competing colours, real content instead of sliders, and buttons big enough to tap. The result should feel like the same business, finally described properly.
What you get
Pages, traffic, speed, mobile behaviour and search visibility. We decide together what is worth keeping before any design starts.
Every old URL is mapped to its new home and 301 redirected, so indexed pages and inbound links keep working.
Static pages, compressed images, self-hosted fonts and far less JavaScript. Speed is measured, not assumed.
Wording customers respond to is kept and sharpened. Text that was filler is cut, not reshuffled into new boxes.
Old sites often try to say everything everywhere. The rebuild gives each page a single purpose and a single next step.
Before and after comparisons of impressions, clicks and coverage, so a drop gets caught in days rather than months.

Questions
The things owners ask before they commit. If yours is not here, message us — you will get a straight answer.
Ask us somethingYou can, if it is done carelessly. We map every existing URL, keep the ones that are working, and redirect the rest with 301s. Search Console is checked before and after so we can see what happens to impressions.
Usually, yes. Logos, photography, wording that customers respond to, and any page that already ranks can all survive a rebuild. A redesign should be an edit, not an amnesia.
Better photos help more than a new font. If you have good ones, we will use them properly. If not, we will tell you exactly what to shoot with a phone and natural light, which is often enough.
Usually two to four weeks, depending on how many pages need rewriting. The redirect work adds a day at the end and is not optional.
That is common. We can rebuild it as a static site for speed, or work within your existing platform if you need to keep editing it yourself. We will tell you honestly which one suits you.
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers. A homepage that leads into unchanged, slow inner pages just moves the problem one click deeper.
